They give you a liquid that numbs you horribly, and obviously you do not feel when they are filing you to such a degree that when you have sensitivity again it is a burning sensation because they cut the skin too much, in addition they do not know how to cut nails. They should have more trained staff because they don't charge anything cheap. The only thing I wanted was to leave. Never to return
